When a shingle blows off in a storm or a slow leak finally shows up on your ceiling, you need a crew that answers the phone and shows up — not a call center that puts you on hold. Big Toms Roofing sends licensed, local Belleville roofers to your door, usually the same day you call.
We built Big Toms Roofing to fix a problem every homeowner in Belleville has run into: contractors who don't return calls, no-show for appointments, or pad the invoice once the tarp's already on the roof. Our Flat Roof Repair crews are local, licensed, and accountable — every estimate is in writing before a single shingle gets pulled.
Whether it's an emergency leak at 2am or a planned replacement you've been putting off, Big Toms Roofing brings the same certified crew and the same upfront pricing to every Belleville job.
When a tree limb punches through decking or shingles peel back in a wind event, water gets in fast. We prioritize emergency calls in Belleville above scheduled work, get a tarp on within hours, and document everything with photos for your insurance file.
Whether your roof is past its expected lifespan or storm damage made repair impractical, our replacement crews handle permitting, disposal, and installation start to finish, with a written timeline you can plan around.
Downtime costs money, so commercial Flat Roof Repair jobs get scheduled around your operating hours whenever possible, with clear communication to property managers and tenants throughout the project.
After a wind or hail event, insurance companies want documented proof of damage. Our inspection team photographs and reports storm damage in a format adjusters recognize, which speeds up claim approval.
Poor attic ventilation cooks shingles from underneath and can void manufacturer warranties. Our Belleville crews balance intake and exhaust ventilation to extend the life of your Flat Roof Repair system and lower attic temperatures in summer.
Every one of these commitments exists because a Belleville homeowner asked for it, complained about a competitor's lack of it, or we learned it the hard way.
You'll know the exact scope and cost in writing before work starts, and that number doesn't move unless you approve a change.
Because our trucks stay staged around Belleville, we're rarely more than an hour from your address for emergency calls.
Our installers hold current manufacturer certifications, which means your warranty stays intact and the work meets code.
Every completed job comes with a written workmanship warranty separate from the manufacturer's material warranty.
